West Tennessee Animal Coalition's Spay Day USA 2007 Project
  
  In honor of the 13th annual Spay Day USA on February 27th, 2007, the West Tennessee Animal Coalition was responsible for the spay or neuter over about 60 dogs & cats in West Tennessee.

Coalition members worked with their local veterinary clinics to receive free and/or reduced rate spay/neuter surgeries for members of the public who needed assistance in getting their pets altered. With a very generous donation of matching funds from one of our members, Susan Brown, members were able to receive twice as many surgeries.
