| About Us
We are a group of animal welfare organizations and individuals working together towards the common goals of ending pet overpopulation through education, spay/neuter, adoption and ensuring the humane treatment of all animals in our region.
Mainly, our focus is to spay/neuter the companion pets of West Tennessee (spay/neuter assistance as well as the purchase of a vehicle for a region-wide spay/neuter program).
We are also here as a centralized community for emergency situations (tornados, most recently), animal cruelty case support, shelter education & support, and educating the community about spay/neuter, adoption & pet retention.
Our coalition is set up for doing adoptions. There are times when individual members of the coalition are not members of a rescue group so they are welcome to adopt animals they rescue on their own through the coalition as long as they follow our medical guidelines. However, we encourage folks to work with a rescue group if possible, since our focus is more towards prevention.
